Will joined Maple-Brown Abbott in 2007 and is an Asian equities specialist, having been investing directly in Asian markets for 17 years. He became portfolio manager of Global Emerging Markets in June 2022 and has had portfolio management responsibilities of the Asia ex-Japan strategy since 2019. Will is responsible for Information Technology, one of the largest sectors in the region. Over the years, Will has seen several different cycles and thematics come in and out of favour in the region. Before joining Maple-Brown Abbott, Will worked for two years at Bear Stearns International in London and was a senior accountant with KPMG in Sydney for three years.
