Melanie joined Maple-Brown Abbott in September 2020 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in April 2024. Prior to joining Maple-Brown Abbott Melanie was the Chief Operating Officer for Lazard Asset Management Asia Pacific and was also Head of Product and Operations for Lazard Asia Pacific between 2012 and 2017. She also worked at Macquarie Funds Group as a Product Specialist within Listed Equities and as a Senior Client Service Manager for IMA clients, along with a range of roles for ING Investment Management.
